Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using LeadGrow AI's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Description of Services

LeadGrow AI provides Go-To-Market (GTM) services including but not limited to:

• Situation-based outbound lead generation
• Custom data research and enrichment
• Messaging and campaign development
• Appointment setting and meeting booking
• CRM integration and lead management

Specific deliverables and scope are defined in individual client agreements.

Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business and target customers
• Respond to communications and provide feedback in a timely manner
• Participate in required onboarding and strategy sessions
• Maintain appropriate CRM and technical systems as needed
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your individual service agreement. Generally:

• Monthly retainer fees are due at the beginning of each service period
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Refunds are handled according to the terms in your specific agreement

Intellectual Property

Our Property: LeadGrow AI retains ownership of our methodologies, processes, tools, and proprietary systems.

Your Property: You retain ownership of your business data, customer information, and materials you provide.

Work Product: Campaign materials, messaging, and deliverables created specifically for you become your property upon full payment.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business strategies, customer data, campaign performance metrics, and trade secrets.

Limitation of Liability

LeadGrow AI provides services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to a specific number of leads, meetings, or closed deals.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadGrow AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement according to the notice provisions in your specific contract. Upon termination:

• We will provide any completed work product
• Outstanding payments remain due
• Confidentiality obligations survive termination

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
